Cleanliness: The rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: The fitness center was larger than other 4-star hotels and the rooftop bar was awesome. Location: The hotel was conveniently located near multiple shopping options and a metro station. There were also two decent restaurants close by. Breakfast: The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of options including a tasty fresh tapioca. Staff: The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service and a pleasant experience.

Great location, close to important businesses and attractions in the city. The staff were attentive, always trying to make me feel at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The free breakfast offered a good selection of food, with enough variety to satisfy different tastes. The hotel also had a restaurant on the top floor with live musicians, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel had issues with the internet connection, slow and frequently out of service. This was quite inconvenient, especially for business travelers who rely on a reliable internet connection.

We really liked this hotel! The location is great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, giving us tips on things to see in the area. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the Jardins quarter, just one block away from Av Paulista. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, with a Starbucks across the street. The room had a small kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The gym exceeded my expectations and had everything I needed for a good workout. Despite some drawbacks like slow in-room wifi and a poor breakfast selection, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for itsvery comfy and tidy accommodations in a great location.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with Trianon Park located nearby for the kids to let off steam. The hotel is situated in a safe area and is still close enough to the city center. the hotel is by the river, providing a nice view. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a mini kitchen that is a big plus. The breakfast offered at the hotel is great, with lots to choose from.
The hotel personnel seem to lack proper qualifications in terms of service.

Large clean room, great view, comfy bed, good bathroom, delicious breakfast. Metro nearby, fair rates, easy check-in, friendly staff. Outstanding location, perfect for business. Comfortable bed with mini kitchen.
